Every purchase from Vital Yogurts is covered by a 30-day
satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason within
30 days of purchase, contact us. We will issue a full refund
to your original payment method. No restocking fee. No return
required. No final sale items.
Because our products are fresh, perishable, and made to order,
we do not ask you to ship product back to us. The guarantee is
based on your satisfaction, not on physical return of the jars.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrived damaged, with a broken seal, or was
incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will
replace the affected items at no charge or issue a full refund
— your choice.
Your Vital Neighbor also has authority to replace a damaged jar
on the spot from their route stock. You do not need to wait.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next
order processes. Cancellations take effect immediately. You
will not be charged for the cancelled order or any future order.
If your order has already been prepared and is scheduled for
delivery, that delivery will be fulfilled. All future orders
are cancelled.

JAR RETURN CREDIT
We use returnable glass jars. Return your clean, empty jars to
your Vital Neighbor at your next delivery and receive a $2.00
credit per jar applied to your next order.
This is separate from the refund process above. Jar credits are
not required to receive a refund.

We do not charge restocking fees.
We do not have final sale items.
We do not require you to return perishable product.
