WE DO NOT SHIP

Vital Yogurts does not ship products by mail, courier, or
any third-party carrier. Every order is delivered personally
by a Vital Neighbor — a trained member of your local community.

This is not a limitation. It is a choice.

Live fermented milks are perishable, temperature-sensitive,
and at their most potent within 21 days of fermentation. A
box sitting on a truck for two days in variable temperatures
is not how this product should travel. A neighbor carrying
it cold from our kitchen to your door is.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

When you place an order, a Vital Neighbor in your area is
assigned to your delivery. They carry your jars from our
kitchen at safe temperature and deliver them directly to you.

You will receive a notification when your delivery is assigned
and an estimated delivery window. Deliveries are made within
our active service area only.

CURRENT SERVICE AREA

We currently deliver in Platte County and the Cheyenne area.

If we do not yet deliver in your area, use the Expand My Area
form on our website. When enough interest is registered in
your zip code, we open a new delivery zone.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days.
Because each batch is made fresh to order, we do not carry
pre-made inventory. Good things take the time they take.

You will be contacted if your order requires additional
preparation time.

DELIVERY COST

Delivery fees, if any, are displayed at checkout and vary
by delivery zone.

FAILED DELIVERY

If no one is available at the time of delivery, your Vital
Neighbor will follow safe handling protocol. They will
contact you to arrange a suitable drop location or reschedule.
We will not leave product in conditions that compromise its
temperature or quality.
